Return & Refunds
We hope you never have to return a product, but if you do, we’ll do our best to meet your expectations and help you stay happy with your purchase.
Returns
- Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date your order was delivered.
- If more than 30 days have passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return
- The item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds (If Applicable)
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company—it may take time before the refund is officially posted.
- If you've done all this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us.
Sale Items
- Only regular priced items may be refunded.
- Sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges (If Applicable)
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
- To request an exchange for the same item, please contact us.
Gifts
- If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the return value. Once the item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.
- If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or was shipped to the gift giver, we will issue the refund to the original purchaser.
Shipping
- To return a product, please contact us for the return address and process.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
- Delivery times for exchanged items may vary based on your location.
